Tim Sidaway the owner of, Terroir Bistro, strives to use his passion for food to serve the best quality food for your dining experience. His workplace has been, proudly, crowned the winners of the Derby drink and food award of 2017.
Tim’s new business, Le Petit Terroir, opened up in The Post House, on the 29th of September. He was very ecstatic about opening up his new, slow food fast concept business. The menu is a simple offering of yummy favorites and classics such as sausage and mash and meatballs in rich sauce with spaghetti plus a range of great British breakfast dishes
Terroir Bistro source organic veg when they can but they also believe close to home is good too. They only buy from producers who grow with the environment in mind even if they are not certified organic.
